Forming - What Types of Steel Shapes Can We Form?

Published on January 20

We have the goods...

We take great pride in our ability to tackle even the toughest projects and can form to a wide range of shapes and sizes. Whether you need a simple bend or a detailed and specific shape, we have what it takes to get the job done.

Our two ERMAK 300 Ton Hydraulic Brake Presses have 12-foot beds that can form from gauge material up to a solid 1-inch thick shape depending on length. Combine that with our large selection of tooling and a team with years of experience and training, and it all adds up to satisfied customers.

With a range of materials to choose from to meet your needs, we typically work with stainless steel, aluminum, and 44W (mild steel) up to AR400 steel material.

And the know-how...

With over 20 years of experience, we have a variety of plate and structural rolling machines to meet almost any requirement. From tubular shapes and full cylinder segments to cones and everything in between, we can work with lightweight or heavy materials for all your rolling and forming needs.

Our facility is 15,600 square feet, meaning we have ample space to create whatever you can dream up. From conception to finished bend, our team will work with you to ensure you get what you need.

At KYJO Steel, we take customer satisfaction seriously. Making sure we get you the product you need within your budget is our top priority. We work hard to ensure we have fast lead times so your project is never put on-hold because of us.
