REQUIRED SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

• Works well in a team environment

• Strong knowledge of blue print reading

• Able to calculate bend allowance and bend line locations

• Mechanically inclined

• Strong problem solving skills

• Capable of die selection and changing dies

• Determining correct bend sequence to form part to Engineering drawings

• Experience in form gauge material to 1 ½ thick material

• Knowledge to detect non-conforming parts and make adjustments to correct non-conformance

• Reading measuring instruments (tape measure (imperial and metric), square, and level)

• Experience operating and setting up of CNC Brake press to form steel, stainless and aluminum

• Good organization skills

• Ability to create set-up notes
