Welding – CWB certified in both mild and stainless steel, KYJO Steel can weld parts up to 20, 000 lbs or larger, depending on shape. Our six MIG Welding Machines and two hand-held Plasma Cutting Machines allow our skilled team to turn around high-quality results, quickly. With 24 feet of height available under our cranes, we can complete even the largest welding projects.
Structural Rolling – With a variety of rolling machines, KYJO Steel can meet almost any requirement. Our Structural Rolling capabilities include angle, channel, and pipe rolling, round and square tubing and bar rolling, and flatbar rolling.
Plate Rolling – From a simple roll to complex shapes with multiple radiuses, KYJO Steel has the ability to handle any of your steel plate rolling projects, in any quantity. We roll material as thin as 22-gauge up to a thickness of ¾ inch including stainless steel, aluminum and 44W to AR400 material.
Forming – KYJO Steel has a large selection of tooling to exceed your forming needs for everything from a simple bend to extreme, complex shapes. Our ERMAK 300 Ton Hydraulic Brake Press, with a 12-foot bed, can form anything from gauge material up to a thickness of 1-inch depending on the length.
Blasting – Offering blasting services sets us apart in our industry, making KYJO Steel truly full-service for custom metal fabrication. Our Pangborn shot blaster has an 8-foot diameter table with a height of 42 inches, allowing us to blast a variety of shapes and sizes up to approximately 5,000 pounds.
